Quest Details - Gina, at Heaven & Hell Gas, will perform a special service if you use the carwash a certain number of times. Why not check it out? I wouldn't get your hopes up, though...
Special Notes - After this quest is complete, you can continue requesting car washes and receive the special service every time. Every time you do this, there is a 10% chance you are invited into the Heaven & Hell Gas building, where you can peek into her dressing room. However, no progression is given for this.
Complete - Go to the gas station and wait until Gina comes out. Have her wash the car six times to finish the quest. if Jack appears, just leave, back up, and drive into the glowing circle again until Gina comes out.
